Effect of DTT, ascorbic acid and GSH on the anti-T. cruzi activity of C1. Experimental conditions were as described in Section 2. The concentrations of C1 tested were from 1 up to 2.5 μM. The value 0% of inhibition corresponds to parasites cultured in the absence of both C1 and antioxidant compound. *No significant differences () were found when compared to the control (0 μM antioxidant compound) as assessed by Student’ test.
