Effects of olive oil extract on the molecular interactions between NF-κB nuclear extracts of K562 cells and ³²P-labeled target NF-κB double-stranded oligonucleotide. Olive extract was first incubated with NF-κB, and then the ³²P-labeled target NF-κB oligonucleotide was added. NF-κB/DNA complexes were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
