Toona Sinensis and Moschus Decoction Induced Cell Cycle Arrest in Human Cervical Carcinoma HeLa Cells

The morphologic changes of HeLa cells treated with the Toona sinensis and Moschus decoction for 24 h and then were observed by fluorescence microscopy after staining with Hoechst 33258 (a) and MDC dye (b). No apoptotic body and acidic vesicles were seen. The scale was 50 μm at the bottom right corner in each picture.
