The HPLC analysis of the standard material to CS. Phytochemical analysis was performed by HPLC as described in the materials and methods section. Kaempferol was utilized as an authentic standard (arrows) and it was found that the concentration of kaempferol in CS was calculated to be 0.24 ± 0.01 μg/g.
