Neutralization effect of BALF from uninfected mice against infectivity of influenza virus A/PR/8/34. Influenza virus A/PR/8/34 was incubated with vehicle (0.1% BSA-PBS) or BALF prepared from water- or maoto extract- (0.2 or 0.7 g/kg/day) administered uninfected mice at 37°C for 60 min, and the infectious virus titers were determined with plaque assay.
