Effects of XAN and CXE treatments on the expression of inflammatory cytokine genes in adipose tissue of HFD-induced obese mice. The expression of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β, and CRP genes in adipose tissue was evaluated by RT-PCR. β-Actin was used as an internal control. Results are expressed as mean ± SD (𝑛=7). ^##𝑃<0.01 compared to the ND group. ^∗𝑃<0.05 and ^∗∗𝑃<0.01 compared to the HFD control group.
