NNAV restored humoral immune responses in DEX-induced immunosuppressed mice. The DEX-induced immunosuppressed C57BL/6J mice were treated with NNAV or water for 21 days. Blood samples were collected and serum was prepared for the determination of IgG (a) and IgM (b) with ELISA.
