Mean body weight changes of male (a) and female (b) rats treated with YMJ. Healthy male and female rats were assigned to four groups (/group) using Path/Tox System  4.2.2. YMJ extract was dissolved in distilled water for injection and administered by oral gavage at doses of 0 (○), 500 (■), 1,000 (▲), and 2,000 (●) mg/kg/day for 4 weeks. Distilled water was given to the animals as the vehicle control. Values are presented as the mean ± SD.
