Cytotoxicity on splenocytes and inhibition on ConA or LPS induced splenocyte proliferation of CTD-1. (a) Cytotoxicity of CTD-1 on BALB/c mice splenocytes. The cells were incubated with different concentration of CTD-1 for 48 h. And the cell viability was measured by MTT assay. ((b) and (c)) Inhibition of CTD-1 on splenocyte proliferation induced by ConA (b) or LPS (c). BALB/c mice splenocytes (4 × 10⁵ cells/well) were stimulated by ConA (2 μg/mL) or LPS (10 μg/mL) for 48 h in the presence of CTD-1. Cells were then pulsed with 0.25 μCi [³H]thymidine 8 h before the end of the experiment and were assessed for [³H]thymidine incorporation. Effect of CSA (1 μM) was set as positive group. Results are mean ± S.D. , , and , treatment group versus control.
