Effects of the YC extract on the expression of Oct-4 and Plzf mRNAs and proteins in GC-1 spg cells. GC-1 spg cells were treated with 0.01, 0.1, and 1 mg/mL YC extract or 20 ng/mL Gdnf for 48 h.
