Effect of EAFA on NO production (a) and cell viability (b) in LPS/IFN𝛾-stimulated and unstimulated RAW264.7 cells. RAW264.7 cells were treated with EAFA (50–200 𝜇g/mL) for 24 h with or without LPS/IFN𝛾 stimulation. Nitrite concentrations in the culture medium were determined by the Griess reaction. Changes in survival are represented as percentages of the control group. Bars represent the mean ± SEM.
