Effect of the ATPase-inhibitor NaN3 on the susceptibility of Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 33591) to tectorigenin (TTR). The viability of bacteria was determined spectrophotometrically (optical density at 600 nm, OD600) after incubation for 36 h with 12.5 μg/mL TTR and 0.0015% NaN3.
