Effects of 6-Hydroxyflavone on Osteoblast Differentiation in MC3T3-E1 Cells

Figure 3

Effects of different hydroxyflavone compounds on the alkaline phosphatase activity (ALP) of MC3T3-E1 cells. Cells were incubated in the presence of various concentrations of flavone (a), 6-hydroxyflavone (6-OH-F) (b), 7-hydroxyflavone (7-OH-F) (c), baicalein (d), and luteolin (e). Data are presented as the mean ± SD ( ) and are expressed as folds over the control (cells not treated with flavonoids). Columns with consecutive letters (a, b, and c) are statistically different from one another at as determined by ANOVA and Duncan’s multiple-range tests.
