Effects of 6-Hydroxyflavone on Osteoblast Differentiation in MC3T3-E1 Cells
Effects of different hydroxyflavone compounds on the alkaline phosphatase activity (ALP) of MC3T3-E1 cells. Cells were incubated in the presence of various concentrations of flavone (a), 6-hydroxyflavone (6-OH-F) (b), 7-hydroxyflavone (7-OH-F) (c), baicalein (d), and luteolin (e). Data are presented as the mean ± SD () and are expressed as folds over the control (cells not treated with flavonoids).
