Neuroprotective Effect of Xueshuantong for Injection (Lyophilized) in Transient and Permanent Rat Cerebral Ischemia Model

<div>Administration with XST immediately after ischemia (the experiment I protocol) reduced the expression of TLR4 and Prx6 in ipsilateral ischemic hemisphere. Representative Western blots and quantitative analysis of Prx6 and TLR4 expression in the ischemic brain tissues 24 h after transient MCAO.
