Studies on the Antifatigue Activities of Cordyceps militaris Fruit Body Extract in Mouse Model

Mice were treated with Cordyceps militaris fruit body extract (0.5 g/kg, 1.0 g/kg, and 2.0 g/kg) and Rhodiola rosea (0.5 g/kg) for 14 days. Before and after 20 min swimming, the serum levels of estradiol ((a), (b)), testosterone ((c), (d)), and cortisol ((e), (f)) in both male and female mouse were determined via ELISA method. Data are expressed as mean ± S.D. () and analyzed using one-way ANOVA followed by Dunn’s test. and versus control group.
