Effect of MAG on the activation of NF-κB in the lungs of LPS-induced ALI mice. MAG (3, 10, and 30 mg/kg) was injected intraperitoneally 1 h prior to LPS instillation. Protein samples were analyzed by Western blot with specific antibodies as described. GAPDH and Lamin B were used as internal control. Similar results were obtained in at least three independent experiments. The values presented are the mean ± SD. , versus the control group; , versus the LPS group.
