Inhibitory growth properties of PGG on MDA-MB-231 human breast carcinoma cells relative to 1 μM paclitaxel. The data represent growth from an initial plating density of 4,000 cells/well in 96-well plates over a 72-hour period as proliferation (% untreated controls) established with resazurin (Alamar Blue) fluorometric analysis.
