Effects of KBG on collagen-induced platelet aggregation of guinea pig whole blood. The results on pressure rate and PATI values were shown in (a) and (b). Data are expressed as the mean ± SEM ( animals). Significant differences in (a) data was evaluated using two-way ANOVA followed by a post hoc Bonferroni multiple comparison test. Significant difference was observed in 1000 μg/mL-KGB group () compared to control group. Post hoc analysis was performed at each concentration of collagen: and versus vehicle. The data in (b) was evaluated using the unpaired Student’s -test: versus vehicle.
