Effects of RKT and SKT on collagen-induced platelet aggregation of guinea pig whole blood. The results on pressure rate and PATI values were shown in (a) and (b). Data are expressed as the mean ± SEM ( animals). Significant differences in (a) data were evaluated using two-way ANOVA followed by a post hoc Bonferroni multiple comparison test. The data in (b) was evaluated using the unpaired Student’s -test. No significant differences were observed among groups in (a) and (b).
