Stimulation effects of EECP and EEPG on the nucleus translocation of Nrf2 in RAW264.7 cells. Nucleus translocation effects of Nrf2 were assessed by laser scanning confocal microscopy. After RAW cells were cultured with indicated concentrations of EECP and EEPG for 4 h, the cells were fixed by methanol-acetone (1 : 1) solutions. Then, the cells were stained with anti-Nrf2 antibody and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody and DAPI. (a) The morphology of RAW264.7 cells.
