EVA exerts weak cytotoxicity against HUVECs. Cytotoxic effect of EVA was evaluated in HUVECs by MTT assay. The cells were seeded onto 96-well microplates at a density of 1 10⁴ cells/well and treated with various concentrations of EVA (0, 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 μg/mL) for 48 h. Data are presented as means ± SD. versus DMSO-treated group.
