The Stimulative Effect of Yangjing Capsule on Testosterone Synthesis through Nur77 Pathway in Leydig Cells

<div>Nur77 knockdown blocks YC-induced testosterone synthesis in MLTC-1 cells. MLTC-1 cells were exposed to control blank, 1 mg/mL YC and 1 mg/mL YC with or without Ad-siNur77 (MOI 100). Then, the culture medium was collected for testosterone concentration measurements by RIA.
