Phosphodiesterase I inhibitory activity (expressed in %) of the methanolic fraction (MeOH, 0.2 mg/mL) of P. integerrima and of the isolated compounds 15 (0.2 mM). The assay was performed in presence of positive control EDTA (0.2 mM). Data are expressed as mean ± S.E.M. versus vehicle. Data are representative of three different experiments.
