Related inflammatory cytokines of IL-1, IL-6, and TNF-α in KCs were determined by ELISA. Rats were fed with normal chow diet or HFD with or without CSS and SLBZS for 26 weeks. The values were expressed as mean ± S.E.M. 6 rats per group. < 0.01 versus normal group; < 0.05, < 0.01 versus model group; < 0.01 compared with H-SLG; < 0.01 compared with L-ISG.
