Effects of ACSs on the proliferation of B16 and 4T1 cells. B16 and 4T1 cells were treated with different concentrations of ACSs (100, 200, and 300 μg/mL) and 5-Fu (30 μg/mL) for 24 h and then dyed with Giemsa. Representative images show that ACSs inhibited the proliferation of B16 and 4T1 cells but that PBS and the control conditions did not.
