Cytotoxic effects of Banhasasim-tang (BHSST) in RAW 264.7 cells and HaCaT cells. RAW 264.7 cells (a) and HaCaT cells (c) were seeded in to 96-well plates and treated with various concentrations of BHSST for 24 h. (b) RAW 264.7 cells were cotreated with various concentrations of BHSST, and LPS (1 μg/mL) for 24 h. (d) HaCaT cells were cotreated with various concentrations of BHSST, and TNF-α and IFN-γ (each 10 ng/mL, TI) for 24 h. Cell viability was assessed using a CCK-8 kit. The values are expressed as mean ± SEM of three independent experiments.
