Mild: Grades I and II myelosuppression. Leukocyte lower than normal but higher than (or equal to) 2.0 × 109/L; neutrophils lower than normal but higher than (or equal to) 1.0 × 109/L. Severe: Grades III and IV myelosuppression. Leukocyte lower than 2.0 × 109/L; neutrophils lower than 1.0 × 109/L. FN: body temperature 38.2°C and absolute neutrophil count <0.5 × 109/L on the same day of the fever or the day after.
