Paw withdrawal thresholds as a result of constant pressure applied perpendicular to the hind paw as a measure of pain sensitivity were taken once a week using Randall-Salitto Anesthesiometer. Applied pressures were translated into grams by the Anesthesiometer. = 10 rats/group.
