There was no significant difference in the bone volume (mm³) of the drill-hole bone defect in tibial metaphysis measured by using micro-CT between Control and CDNR at each time point. Day −1 and Day 0: measurement prior to and right after the drill-hole bone defect creation, respectively. Data are expressed as mean ± standard deviation.
