Effect of LPS stimulus on the protein production of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10, MCP-1, and TNF-α in PBMC. Control: cells in the NC group were cultured in RPMI-1640 culture medium containing 10% FBS. LPS: cells in the LPS group were stimulated with 1000 ng/mL LPS for 19 hours. The protein levels of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10, MCP-1, and TNF-α were determined by ELISA. Results are presented as mean ± standard deviation (SD). and compared to the control group ().
