((b)–(e)) BMMs were cultured with the stated doses of CZ extract or each CZ component along with M-CSF (30 ng/mL) and RANKL (100 ng/mL) for 4 days. The number of TRAP-positive multinucleated cells with more than three nuclei was calculated. The number of TRAP-positive cells was presented as the mean ± SEM from three separate experiments. .
