Icariin Attenuates OGD/R-Induced Autophagy via Bcl-2-Dependent Cross Talk between Apoptosis and Autophagy in PC12 Cells

<div>Effects of ICA on cell viability in OGD/R injured PC12 cells. OGD/R treated cells were subjected to 2 h OGD and 24 h reperfusion. ICA (10<sup>−5</sup> M) or nimodipine (10 <i>μ</i>M) was given 1 h before OGD and acting through 2 h OGD. Normal control cells were refreshed with full culture medium and cultured under normoxic conditions. Cell viability was determined by MTT assay.
