Effect of the organic solvent fractions obtained from uRC on the intracellular lipid accumulation and cell viability in the 3T3-L1 adipocytes. (a) 3T3-L1 cells were treated with organic solvent fractions at concentrations 10 and 30 μg/mL for 8 days. Orlistat (20 μM) was used as the positive control. (b) uRCB were treated at various concentrations (0.1–100 μg/mL) for 8 days. The lipid accumulation in the 3T3-L1 adipocytes was quantified by measuring absorbance. (c) The lipid accumulation was measured using Oil Red O straining. (d) The cell viability was measured using the MTT assay.
