The Effects of Bairesi Complex Prescription (a Uyghur Medicine Prescription) and Its Five Crude Herbal Extracts on Melanogenesis in G-361 Cells

<div>Effects of the Bairesi complex prescription and the crude herbal extracts on the intracellular ROS levels in the G-361 cells. The intracellular ROS levels were measured by flow cytometry. The DCF fluorescence intensities of the cells were measured at 6, 24, 48, and 72 h after treatment with 62.5 <i>μ</i>g/mL of the water extracts of the Bairesi complex prescription and the crude herbal extracts.
