YZFDF protects SH-SY5Y cells from oligomer induced ER-related apoptosis. YZFDF decreased the expression of caspase-12, caspase-3, cleaved caspase-12, and cleaved caspase-3 in oligomer treated cells in a dose-dependent manner.
