Effects of DCHJ on the migration of DCs. A transwell assay was performed using 24-well transwell plates. ImDCs and imDCs + LPS resuspended with RPMI 1640 medium in the absence of FBS were seeded into the upper well. Different concentrations of drugs together with RPMI 1640 medium containing 20% FBS were placed in the lower chamber. After incubation for 48 h, the cells in the lower wells were counted.
