Effects of DCHJ on hepatic and renal function of mice in skin graft model. BALB/c mice were given a gavage of DCHJ 3 days prior to skin transplantation. At day 0, full-thickness skin allograft transplantation was performed as described in Section 2. At day 21 after surgery, liver and kidney tissues of recipients in each group were collected for histological analysis (×100, ×400). Differences among these groups were not significant.
