Protective effect of JUA on ISO-induced cytotoxicity in H9C2 cells. (a) Cells were treated with different concentrations of ISO (0~200 μM) for 3, 6, 12, and 18 h. The cell viability was determined by MTT assay. (b) Cells were pretreated with or without JUA at the indicated concentrations for 3 h and then incubated in the presence of ISO (100 μM) for a further 6 h. The cell viability was determined by MTT assay. Data represent means ± SEM of six separate experiments and differences between mean values were assessed by one-way ANOVA. and versus control group; versus group treated with ISO only.
