Potent Antiarthritic Properties of Phloretin in Murine Collagen-Induced Arthritis

<div>Effects of phloretin on anti-CII IgG and CII-specific cell proliferation. (a) Serum was obtained from each group on day 42 and CII-specific IgG levels were determined by ELISA. Each point on the graph represents the means ± SD of triplicate determinations from five mice/group. (b) Spleen cells were obtained on day 42 and cultured with CII for 48 h, and cell proliferation was measured by [<sup>3</sup>H]-thymidine incorporation assay. Data expressed as means ± SD of triplicate determinations from five mice/group.
