After MGC-803 was administered for 24 h, the levels of (a) EMT (E-cadherin, N-cadherin, and vimentin) and (b) TGF-β/Smad pathway (TGF-β, Smad2, Smad3, Twist, Snail, and Slug) related proteins were determined by western blot.
