Kidney-Replenishing Herb Induces SOCS-3 Expression via ERK/MAPK Pathway and Improves Growth of the First-Trimester Human Trophoblast Cells

<div>Kidney-replenishing herb induced SOCS-3 transcription of the first-trimester human in the presence of U0126 for 8 h. The results suggested that Kidney-replenishing herb could stimulate the SOCS-3 transcription of human trophoblast cells in a time-dependent manner, and the SOCS-3 induced by Kidney-replenishing herb could even be sustained at least for 4 h. U0126, as a MEK inhibitor, remarkably eliminated SOCS-3 transcription induced by Kidney-replenishing herb.
