Western blot results. Western blot analysis of Abcg5 and Abcg88 in small intestine tissues of mice. Control (1), hypercholesterolemia (2), ezetimibe 10 mg/kg (3), ECHE 100 mg/kg (4), hexa-O-acetyl-D-mannitol (5), and D-mannitol (6). Total protein lysates were separated by 12–15% SDS-PAGE followed by western blot analysis using the indicated antibodies. β-Actin was used as a loading control for total cell extracts.
