It contains “the total proteins”, “proteins with a C.V of less than 0.5”, “proteins upregulated by more than 1.3-fold”, “proteins downregulated by less than 0.769-fold”, “proteins upregulated by more than 1.5-fold”, and “proteins downregulated by less than 0.667-fold”.
