Apigenin Inhibits Human SW620 Cell Growth by Targeting Polyamine Catabolism

The IC50 is defined as the concentration causing 50% growth inhibition in treated cells compared to controls. All data represent the results of 6 different experiments (mean value ± SD). The value was determined by one-way analysis with Dunnett’s posttest. and versus control.
