(c) The dose-response curve of apigenin and (b) the comparison of the IC₅₀ values (μM) for apigenin in SW620 cells were determined after 24-, 48-, and 72-hour exposure to the drugs. The IC₅₀ is defined as the concentration causing 50% growth inhibition in treated cells compared to controls. All data represent the results of 6 different experiments (mean value ± SD). The value was determined by one-way analysis with Dunnett’s posttest. and versus control.
