HGF reversed AOPP-mediated effects on RAGE and AGE-R1 expression. Serum-starved HMCs were treated with AOPPs at the indicated concentrations. Whole cell extracts or total RNA was prepared and RAGE and AGE-R1 expression was measured by western blotting (a) and qPCR (b).
