Effects of TCA on iNOS, COX-2, IL-1β, and TNF-α mRNA in LPS-stimulated BV2 cells. BV2 cells were stimulated with LPS (0.1 μg/ml) with or without TCA (10 μM) pretreatment for varying times. Total RNA was isolated and subjected to quantitate the levels of iNOS (a), COX-2 (b), IL-1β (c), and TNF-α (d) mRNA by qRT-PCR analysis.
