Effects of Gualou Guizhi Decoction Aqueous Extract on Axonal Regeneration in Organotypic Cortical Slice Culture after Oxygen-Glucose Deprivation

<div>The effect of the GLGZD aqueous extract on mRNA expression in OGD neonatal rat cortical slices. qPCR was used to detect the mRNA expression of Nogo-A, NgR1, RhoA, and ROCK. GAPDH was used as the internal control.
