The protein expressions of RORt and FOXP3 in the distal colon tissues. Compared with controls, the RORt expression was significantly increased and FOXp3⁺ expression was significantly decreased in the UC model group (). However, after acupuncture or moxibustion treatment, RORt expression was obviously decreased () and FOXP3 expression was increased ().
