KCT-01 inhibited NO, PGE₂, TNF-α, and IL-6 productions in LPS-induced mouse bone marrow derived macrophages. Cells were treated with KCT-01, KCT-02, or IJCGT at various concentrations (25–100 μg/mL) plus LPS (1 μg/mL) or LPS alone for 24 h.
