KCT-01 suppresses activation of JAK/STAT signaling cascades in LPS-induced RAW264.7 macrophages. Cells were treated with KCT-01 plus LPS (1 μg/mL) or LPS alone for indicated time. (a) Total cellular proteins were prepared and subjected to Western blotting to determine phosphorylation levels of STAT1 (Ser727 or Tyr 701), STAT3 (Tyr705), and JAK1/2. Levels of STATs and JAKs were normalized against β-actin expression. Values are expressed as means ± SD of three independent experiments. versus control; versus LPS-treated cells.
